THE SACRISTY, THE HIGHLAND CLUB

The Sacristy is located off the Abbey cloisters in the oldest part of the building. It commands a unique position in that it is detached from other properties yet attached to the Abbey itself.


Entering the hall through an imposing original oak door, the downstairs comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Fabrics and furnishings are by Inverness design team Lucy Wagtail Interiors. The Sacristy is one of the few properties to have its own private outdoor terrace with outstanding views of the grounds and Loch Ness. On a summer's evening, enjoy sitting on the outdoor sofas with a glass of chilled wine. Blankets are available for cooler evenings.



Open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area




There are two comfortable leather sofas and an LG OLED Smart TV in the lounge area, along with a Sonos system, Alexa and a toy/games box. The dining table seats 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine and Nespresso Krups coffee machine. An iron and ironing board, maps and guide books are available.



Downstairs shower room




The downstairs bathroom comprises a tiled shower, WC, basin, heated towel radiator, and an anti-fog bathroom mirror with dimmable lighting. Arran Sense of Scotland shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Bathroom robes, towels and hairdryer can be found in the bedrooms.


Master bedroom & en-suite




The Master Bedroom with en-suite is on the first floor. Offering a King size bed, comfortable pillows and bedding, a large wardrobe/cupboard space and a Freeview TV, you will wake up to wonderful views out across Loch Ness and the hills.

The en-suite has a large roll-top bath, ready for soaking in after a long walk. There is a WC, basin, heated towel rail, beautiful ceramic tiles to the walls and floor. Arran Sense of Scotland shower/bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and bath salts are provided. Bathroom robes, towels and hairdryer can be found in the master bedroom.


Bedroom 2




The second bedroom can be configured as a Super King Size bed, or as a twin room on request. Comfortable pillows and bedding are provided, along with bathroom robes and towels. A hairdryer can be found in the chest of drawers. This bedroom also boasts fantastic views out to the grounds, Loch Ness and the hills.
